We’re pleased to announce that School Board Member Christy Splitt will join us at our meeting. As a PPS parent and a Board Member, Christy understands these decisions on school closures from both sides, and we’re looking forward to the conversation. We view this as an important opportunity for our community to share what makes Stephenson special and to talk constructively about how PPS can serve all of its students and schools.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 6 – 7pm in the Stephenson library. The PTA has partnered with the Stephenson Child Care Association (SCCA) to provide childcare for kids ages 5-12 during the PTA meeting. Kids need to be registered with SCCA. If your kids are not enrolled in SCCA, please email stephensonlionpta@gmail.com. Children under 5 are welcome to join the adults in the library during the meeting.
